  • Jerry Solution is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen internal issues.
  • The refund request is made before any project files, code, or deliverables have been shared.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind after work has begun
  • Partial project completion where milestones have been delivered
  • Client delays or lack of response leading to project stagnation
  • Third-party issues, such as hosting, domain, or software errors outside our control

4. Revisions and Adjustments

Instead of refunds, Jerry Solution focuses on revisions and fixes to ensure client satisfaction.
We will make reasonable revisions within the project scope as specified in the service agreement or proposal.


5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the project has begun.
Once a project is initiated, cancellation is subject to deduction based on work completed, communication time, or resources allocated.


6. Delivery Issues

If there is a technical issue or you haven’t received your digital deliverables due to an error on our side, please contact us at info@jerrysolutions.com.
We’ll promptly resolve or resend the deliverables without any additional cost.


7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding service quality or delivery:

  • We encourage open communication to resolve matters amicably.
